From the Farm to the City, Peter Cultivates Relationships and Results

If you’re looking for an agent who has a great appreciation for the outdoors and an understanding of rural, equine, and agricultural properties, talk to Peter Beck. Before dedicating himself to real estate in 2014, he was a farmer and still owns his family’s Century Farm south of Waterloo, “I’m old school. I love the country, but I also appreciate the quality of life and opportunities that our cities afford, which is why I like helping buyers and sellers find homes throughout the Cedar Valley.” Peter understands that each property and each client is different. He also understands that going the extra mile makes a difference for his clients. That’s why he earned his CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation that allows him to bring a higher level of skills to all of his transactions.

I will be there from beginning to end every step of the way.

Peter is a lifelong Cedar Valley resident and UNI graduate who enjoys running and hiking and spending time with his family, friends, and neighbors. He’s also deeply invested in the community. He’s dedicated more than 15 years to serving on the Black Hawk County Planning and Zoning Commission. His love of the land and his guiding principles of excellence, integrity, and personal service are why his clients—from first-time home buyers of all ages to retires and acreage seekers—often become avid fans.
